The song played in the first level of Marathon is my favourite one. I forgot what its called though.. now I'm using a soundless computer so I cant really remember  beleive the song's "Leela" isnt it? |

As far as the original music goes, it's hard to beat M2's intro theme.
Aside from what's on this site, though  , this is the neatest thing I've found:

| The first song you hear in Marathon 1 is called Landing, and yes, Marathon 2's into theme, "Splash" is probably the best Marathon song ever. |
